Safety Training
Whether you use dry ice in airline catering, food production/transport, biological sample preparation/ transport, entertainment, industrial cleaning etc. you have to have completed risk assessments.
Training Courses 
AC&T run Dry Ice product and safety training workshops at your location, at a time to suit you. Alternatively training can be arranged “off-site” if preferred.
Workshop delegates receive a comprehensive workbook and an attendance certificate. Formal tests can be incorporated if required.

Risk assessments, Properties of Dry Ice, Hazard identification and control, Dry Ice storage, Handling and use, Disposal of product and packaging, Transportation and despatch of dry ice, General precautions and First Aid.

Risk Assessments
Once your staff have been on an AC&T Dry Ice product and safety training workshop they will be able to take an active part in the completion of all the necessary risk assessments for the safe use of dry ice in your workplace.
However, if you would like some assistance in ensuring your compliance with the many safety regulations enabled into law by the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 then contact us with details of your issues and questions. All correspondence is completely confidential and AC&T would be willing to sign your Confidentiality Agreement, subject to legal review if required.
Assistance with risk assessments will usually require a visit to your site. A full report will be issued, usually within one week of a site visit. This can be illustrated if permission is given for the taking of digital photographs during the site visit.

and whilst noting all the changes remember to check what additional information, instruction and training you should have provided.
A training needs assessment starts the process in a cost effective way targeting the high risk areas.
Inviting a “fresh pair of eyes” to look over your safety provisions may help you spot areas for improvement.
